It seems like it was just yesterday

We had to say we were sorry

And even though we don’t want to sin

We fall again every day

It feels like we’re pushing a rock that won’t move

We want to obey

but it’s so hard to do

But if Jesus is Lord

we can be sure

God gives us power to say “No” to sin

He changes our lives and opens our eyes

So we can bring glory to Christ
